4 Things to outsource as a new business owner

As a new business owner, you have so many new things to offer to this world, your expertise, your products/services and a piece of your awesome mind.

But, it is hard to get to the creative aspect of your business if you are weighed down with administrative tasks and duties.

Β

As a new business owner, there are a few things that you can outsource and focus your time and effort in creating something that will pay off in the long run!

1 | Marketing

Many new business owners struggle with marketing their brand and business. I know that feeling, I’ve been there and it sucks!

As an online business owner, you will have most of your marketing done online, like, ads, email, social media and content creation.

Hire someone who has done online marketing and together make a plan of action and once you run through the plan, let them take over your marketing from there.

You can take it to another level by automating this as well. Esp. social media posts!

2 | Brand photography

Many business owners have this struggled with finding the right photos for their business. I recommend that you join a stock photo subscription and let them send you photos every month straight to your inbox.

I love Girl Boss Boutique, they send 30+ stock photos and premade templates every month straight to your inbox all for the price of your weekly coffee.

Professional looking brand attract potential customer and helps them build trust with you and this lets them know that you are serious about your business.

3 | Editing your content

We all know that blogging and putting up content on a consistent basis is really important to grow your business.

Many new business owners these days are outsourcing their editing of their content like blog posts, videos, audios etc.

This saves up so much of your time and effort. All you have to do is write a blog post with informative content and send it to editing and the editors will check for grammar, sentence formation, add in stats and much more!

4 | Designs

We all know this says that says a picture speaks a thousand words!

Well, a well done graphic design sell 100 times better a poorly designed graphic.

As business owners, it can get really hectic to get the right graphic images for your website, social media and blog posts.

I highly recommend that you use canva for all your graphics. I love using canva for small tasks since it already has premade templates, all you have to do is add a stock photo and add in text.

If you need come custom design, hire a designer for a month and ask them to create templates for your blog posts, social media, newsletter, e-books and more then you can take it from there.

If you have any other questions about branding, tips for hiring a designer, or if you want to work together on a project, get in touch with me.

Now it’s time to take action!

Focus on the important things in your business. I believe it will be worth it in the long run! The time that you spending the above tasks can be well spent on creating things that will grow your business.
